Social responsibility is a commitment that we assume as a company before our different interest groups and society, involving all our collaborators (including owners and shareholders).  
1. We participate in specific projects with other groups that have interests other than those of the company (suppliers, customers, local communities, associations, agencies, etc.), in order to contribute to the commitment to social action and generate a positive impact. in our community. 
2. We establish communication channels in the communities to know and identify their needs, paying special attention to respect for beliefs and customs. 
3. Formal employment represents the basis of a dignified life and the main source of income for many families, which is why at Grupo IRM we care about generating job opportunities with the intention of contributing to the reduction of poverty in our state.  
4. We work with local communities promoting their development and economic growth by making purchases and hiring their services.
